Losing weight and keeping it off is not an easy task.  It takes self-discipline, will power, and lots of motivation.  With a personal trainer, you can finally take the guesswork out of the equation and simply follow my personalized program.  Typical programs include a balanced nutrition plan, an additional exercise program (beyond our training sessions), and unlimited email and phone support.

Senior Fitness

As Health & Fitness Manager at the Edward A Myerberg Center, I have several years of experience working with the older adult.  Medical history is taken into consideration when designing an exercise program.  I have experience with post-therapy exercise programs, as prescribed by a Physical Therapist.  My workouts incorporate appropriate modifications and techniques to prevent muscle deterioration, improve bone strength, improve balance and coordination, and boost quality of life.

Boxing for Parkinson’s  – Rock Steady Boxing

Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout. Group Classes

You can always find a little extra motivation with group fitness!  Gather up your friends, co-workers, and family members and let’s break a sweat.  Group classes can include a variety of styles, from circuit training to boot camp and yoga to aerobics.  We can discuss the interests and preferences of your group and create a super personalized experienced!
